viewing an allotment...what should i look for?

Hi everyone, i'm very excited....theres an allotment with my name on it and i'm viewing it tomorrow morning.
what things should i look at/for.....i've never set foot on an allotment before!!.
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
