So apart from the online names anyone had any nicknames? I am sure we have talked about this before but there has been a lot of new members since then.

Green Twins
Well it looks like Dave and I finally have a collective nick name after the media blurb. I quite like being called one of Britains Green Twins and hopefully it will mean neither of us will ever be recognised when we are apart

Not really, though Hamster is a real-live nickname as well as my forum name.
I think it might be a reference to my diminutive size and my habit of stockpiling food.

They're not weeds - that's a habitat for wildlife, don't you know?

My big brother still calls me Annpan, he always has, no one else really does but he always has.
I went through a 'Stupid Ann' phase at school - my friends thought I was smart, then I would come out with some hum-dinger of a daft question.
When I worked in a clothes shop I was called Fun Bobby (after the chacter from friends) I am usually quite quiet and polite (those of you who have met me, feel free to object to that statement) and one evening while working late some things in my personal history came out (previous life stuff) and I relaxed around my collegues, making jokes, sometimes practicle jokes, mostly at my own expense... after that I became some kind of jester... rather disturbing now, come to think of it.

my father used to call me "the beatnik", and i think the only other nickname I've had is "Delphi" which my friend called me at college, (after the mildly irritating habit of everyone in our group asking me what to do or how to measure something, rather than the lecturer). He also called me "the most gothic person in the world, who isn't a goth".
Strangely I never got the usual "Smithy" that would go with my name, and only my father and another friend called me "Susie" (or any other derivative).
I think, like Death's granddaughter, I am definately a Susan.

I think, like Death's granddaughter, I am definately a Susan.
My Dad, of blessed memory, used to call me `Dilly Dream` because I was absent minded and forgetful - (okay, gormless!
)
When I was in the Junior school I was a bit of a brainbox and my friends called me Socrates - (making it rhyme with No mates!
)
I think they were both characters in the Beano or Dandy.

Ina is short for my full name - and I don't think I've ever been called anything else - either Bettina or Ina (prefer the latter, at least privately...).

Most of my nick names are quite unrepeatable, although our OHS coordinator in Brissy persists in referring to me as "Guru" or "Yoda"
