Hi everyone

We love hearing from you, so here is your chance. Introduce yourself and tell us what makes you selfsufficient 'ish'. Go on don't be shy, we welcome one and all. You can also tell us how you heard about us if you like.

Hi everyone

Post: # 93390Post Ticker »

Hey everyone, just thought I'd say hi :). My name is Chris (age 19) and I've been very interested in living a self sufficient life someday. Next year I hope to take college/university courses relating to self sufficiency (although I don't think there is any specific course in this field).

I just finished watching a movie on google video called "Off the Grid" which was really inspiring and even inspired me to join this forum! For anyone interested, here's the link. I highly recommend this video to everyone on this forum although I'm sure many of you have already seen it.

Anyways, hi everyone and I'm looking forward to learning many things and contributing where I can.

Hiya Ticker, and welcome to the Ishers!

I read something about a course that might be what you are looking for.... Need more time to find it again - must get to work now!
