Just a reminder to any selfsufficientish types in Canterbury, New Zealand - there's a rare breeds auction on at Willowbank, Sunday March 9th.

Weather permitting, I'll go and see what's for sale in the poultry section -will have to restrain myself from taking anything bigger home, no matter how cute :lol:

I'm going to have to miss it this year because of a conflicting date with the dairy goats' all breeds show on the same day. They really stuffed that one up!
