I thought i'd tackle the lawn cammomile or nicotiana tomorrow but they're even smaller - and tips how to go about it - or should i wait till they're bigger?

Any tips on pricking out tiny seedlings
I pricked out the Russian tarragon today - they had four leaves but were still very small <1cm - found it a difficult task even wearing my reading glasses and in a good light!

just turf out a corner.. and spread them out on something. until you identify individual plants.

Thanks, I was worried that if I left them I wouldn't able to separate them at all so I will persevere - darning needle is a brill idea.
I was using a pencil earlier and squashing more than I potted!
Yes, I am trying not to sow them too thickly but when they're so small.....
It's not that many years since I would sow the whole packet at once!

I have found that a widger helps a great deal with tiny seedlings.
Here's an example of one:

I can't tell if the one in that picture has two different sized ends, but if you can find one that has a small end and a tiny end, there's more flexibility with what you can transplant.
