Hello, happy sunny Saturday, and polytunnel question...
Hi there, I've just joined! I grow veg in raised beds at the moment but have just got a 2nd hand polytunnel (made by five star)which we're going to put up soon. done lots of searching on the forums, and on the web, and think we will go for base rails not trenching for polythene, but can I ask your thoughts on: (1) should we concrete in the ground posts/hoops or just use the square anchor plates which came with it? and (2) what would you put as the base inside the tunnel? I'm thinking lift the turf, lay a breathable membrane, put in raised beds then gravel what's left. we are on clay. bit stuck for more thoughts so if you have any suggestions that would be great! thank you

Hi all,
Thanks for your messages, I'll have another search on the forum as you suggest marshlander. RNF - I like that btw - is because of our fish tank - rummy nose tetras in case you've not come across them. post again soon.
