FREE BATTERIES

Post: # 79172Post cortina1498 »

I have acquired 24 fork lift batteries, each one measures (approx) 20cm wide x 8.5cm deep x 60cm high, they are 2 volt each - amperage, I am not sure but a friend said they were probably 500amp plus, each - twelve of the batteries are single and the other twelve are in two lots of six enclosed in a steel shell. FREE to anyone who can use them, I can't stand the thought of them going to the scrap man. I live approx two miles north of York, North Yorkshire - come and get as many as you like.
Just think of the bank you can build with this lot and all for free.
Did I mention that they are FREE
cheers

Hi Smooth Hound,
Thanks for your pm, I still have all 24, it seems not many people want free batteries, as you are the only one to ask. If you pm me your telephone number I will give you a ring and we can arrange collection of as many as you want. Cheers
