course it could have been the caffeine in the diet coke, not the sweetner that bothered you.. and that would tie in with the likelyhood that the cold remedies usually have caffiene too

Ah Red, that might explain why it's back now despite not having had any sweetner for days. I did have a coffee earlier (I don't normally drink it).

Hi
I've had too many Christmas do's this week to tell really. Alcohol seems to affect it and loud music has always been a problem so nights out always lead to a bad day the next day.

It's still there but tolerable now. I have been staying well away from diet coke and restricting tea and coffee. I'll try a week without any aspartime, alcohol or caffeine when Christmas is over.
