Live the Dream in County Clare Ireland

Post: # 77346Post irishmist.co.uk »

I have a Period Farmhouse and 2.5 acre smallholding in County Clare on Irelands west coast. It is south facing, secluded yet not remote. Water comes from our own well. There are no rates or property taxes payable in rural Ireland. Broadband is now available in the area. The smallholding is 20 minutes drive from Shannon airport so there is easy access for friends and family coming to visit from the UK with ryanair cheap flights. It is not often that the old place becomes available and when I post it up I always get a good deal of interest so please feel free to take a look and if you are interested do drop me a line, telling me a little about yourselves. Please note that the rent payable is now 20 euro higher than shown on the website. This has had to be as the rent has not gone up for 5 years and I need to cover higher interest rates. I have had a great deal of pleasure over the years using the old place on the hill as a stepping stone for those who want to try out that way of life for a year before commiting to their own holding. I reland is a wonderful place to live so please take a look and see what you think. I realize that even with my low rent it still may be beyond the reach of some but is a decent opportunity none the less. Take a look at http://www.irishmist.co.uk
