You drink the beer, you recycle the glass

and... by recycling them, you work off some of the calories. My local council won't collect as we have a long drive (!!!!!!!) so I take my glass and plastic, etc to the recycling centre. It occured to me today that by crouching down to pick up a couple of bottles and standing back up to shoot them through the little rubber curtains hard enough to make a really satisfying ~~~crash~~~, I was exercising!
