We may be getting an allotment soon

I was told there was a long waiting list on our allotment site, because it has the main shop, toilet etc.
We were listed as number 40 in line, and was told it could be over a year to wait, but within about 3 months we had a phone call saying there was a plot available!!
It seems to be a fairly large plot, but doesn't look like it's been touched for a year or so. So we have a lot of work to do.
