Green Prisons

Post: # 70416Post Andy Hamilton »

Did anyone see this?

It would appear that a greener way of living is not just for the free. Personally I think it would really help lower re offending if we bought a similar thing over here.

I think its a wonderful concept ... not only are they saving the tax payer money ... but all the things they are doind will not only give them new skills but teach them respect, get them to focus to be a socialllt accepable person

Well done

Some prisons here have introduced organic gardening for their prisoners. Trouble is, they aren't allowed to eat any of it, as all prisoners have to be treated equally - can't have some on organic veg, and some on non-organic, t'wouldn't be fair... I think they give the produce to zoos... or was that schools?

It would be great in this country, if only the polititions could think of this.

It'd give me a break from my nine till five, five day a week, and all that country air too!

I suppose I could do wiith a bit of softening up.
If you think it is wrong to do or say something, think about it and choose wisely.

If you know it is wrong to do or say something, don't bloody do it!
