What would be your super power?

Post: # 70424Post Andy Hamilton »

Silly question really but if you could choose what would be your one super power? I think I would like to fly I could then go and visit Nev without having to go on a plane

Good question.

I just joined a pro-breastfeeding group on facebook called I make milk, what´s your superpower?. So I guess I already got mine.

If I could be greedy and have another, I guess I´d choose "having the patience of a saint".

I had a funny (peculiar) dream a couple of nights ago where I had the power to be in two places at once. It left me in a very good mood when I woke up. I'm not sure why, but that would be my power.

Too much cheese, too much cheese...

I would love to be able to read minds. There are so many people that I don't understand. It would be fantastic to know what makes other people tick.

Think mine would have to be the same as yours Andy, I would love to be able to fly. Then I could go to New Zealand to visit my friend :).

I'd like a Mary Poppins type of Superpower, with just a wriggle of the nose and a click of the fingers I could have the house clean in a jiffy!

Wouldn't want to fly, I don't like heights!

To have an extra pair of hands!
I decided that they was the superpower for me when I used to use both hands to pour liquids from beakers into funnels, and then go down a row of about 40 of them, if I had 4 hands (and arms) I could get them done much quicker! (I was doing an analysis in a lab to determine how humified peat was!).
Now I do lots of coking and preserving etc. e.g. wouldn't it be good if I could hold the pan up, while spooning out the jam, while holding the jar, while wiping up the runs!

Although I'm not sure if understanding the OH would be a super power or a super curse...

As for super powers, well, I feel I already have one as I can turn my hand to most things (except music!). So that'll do me.

I would like the power to be able to understand and speak all languages. Then see the trouble I would get myself into!
