THIS! This is the most amazing, delicious, scrummy recipe in the whole wide world, and because I have managed to grow some rocket at long last (no flea beetles right now) I am going to be able to make it again soon!!!

well yes of course as we have all these pallets and we like our DIY - how hard could it be?!

ooo looks good. pity we dont have a grill... wonder if i can improvise on the bbq....

Have you got a griddle? I don't use our grill because it is crap and French ovens don't come with grill pans anyway - so I grill everything on the hob on a griddle. Failing that you could use a frying pan.
