Hi MMM - just seen your post on the French site - so sorry to hear that you have broken your foot and that it took so long for it to be diagnosed correctly. I hope that you are on the mend now.
My poor girl has recovered from her scratches and brusies and we have gone back to basics for a week with getting her used to the saddle again, and finally got out for a short walk with her yesterday after an hour of flinching and planting her hooves in the garden and refusing to move with the saddle on.
Was trying to go out today but every time I think its dry enough, another shower comes over, so resigned myself to some gardening.
Very much like the idea of virtual gardening - so keep your spirits up and follow this virtual crop path, through the beets
(so sick of chutney and boiling everything pink), and into the runner bean patch for the sixth successive day of filling freezer bags, and then around the huge pumpkins - got three of the enourmous things now! and into the broad bean and pea patchs - and get shelling.
Grab a couple of handfulls of strawbs enjoying the late summer sunshine, before the chickens get them, and relax with a well earned wild blackberry cordial.
Monika
