I'm on the north cornwall/devon border and just had 30 geese fly over!
I'm hoping something spooked them of a lake or something...

I've noticed large groups of birds ganging up - sorry twitchers that's as technical as it gets ! they are black and large and noisy I think they are jackdaws - do they 'go anywhere' for the winter ?

We get a few dozenon the farm and they will rip tiles off the roof to gain access to the attick - despite there being other open barns available.
I have to terminate the odd one or two to keep them away -any other method would be more than welcome.
