Hello from Sheffield!!

Post: # 67229Post Sazzle »

 Hello everyone! This is a wonderful site, crammed full of incredibly useful tips and ideas, Im very pleased I found it.

Im 23 and live in Sheffield, sharing a house with two good friends. We try to reuse and recycle as much as we can and we're building up a container garden in our very small back yard and will hopefully start composting soon. We intend to grow some veggies and have already started growing lots of herbs, fingers crossed I dont kill them off! We are on the long list for an allotment too, but itll probably be a while til we get one. I aspire to be as green and self sufficient as possible, however sometimes its disheartening when it others arent as fond of the idea, thank goodness for this site! I also love camping and making things. My dream is to one day have a house of my own with some garden to grow things, and my ultimate dream is to live in a completely self-sufficient house with minimum ecological impact, with a large garden so I can grow enough to feed myself and family/friends.

Its very nice to meet you all :flower:

P.s... I made some of Andys Sage & seed bread last week and it was very tasty!
