PUMPKIN PIE (without pastry)

Adapted from Betty Crocker’s Pumpkin Pie. This one is a bit different. An American friend looked at this recipe and pronounced “this sucks!â€Â

Thanks for the recipes, Mandy - now I just need a pumpkin... My largest is about the size of two cricket balls now. About one portion as a vegetable, but not enough for pie!

Nevermind, I'll be able to buy one around Halloween.
