invest in a low impact eco village

If you know of a way to help save our planet, even just a small part of it put it here. Also if you want to ask how to help, or even if you want to promote your environmental organisation. All goes here.

invest in a low impact eco village

Post: # 66375Post catalyst »

Lammas is issuing shares in order to raise capital to create a rolling fund to assist in:-
Establishing a blueprint low-impact ecovillage in Pembrokeshire.
Initiating and setting up additional low-impact projects across the UK.
Campaigning for low impact development across the UK.

These shares are non-profit-making; you are investing in the future. They cost £50 each.

hi paul
if you are considering joining a rural co-op 8or setting one up) it may be useful to contact radical routes:
http://www.radicalroutes.org.uk
or diggers and dreamers, who also produce places needing people:

good luck with your exploration of communities etc

eco village

Post: # 78136Post inishindie »

Hi

If you are looking for an eco village in it's early days, check out the one at Cloughjordan in County Tipperary Ireland. We were going to buy into it but the time restraints from buying a ssite to biulding the eco house was a bit tight for us.

It's a fantastic scheme and well worth a look.
