Do you watch sport on TV?

Do you think The Good Life could be remade, with me or Dave playing Tom Good (maybe not!)? If you have seen something on TV or heard something on the radio recently that you want to talk about, tell us here.

No curling or skeleton bob either.... tsk

I have been known to enjoy the odd olympic coverage and 6 nations, but I haven't watched any TV for nearly a year and I am certainly not missing the incesant sport coverage...

Hey, BBC how about... BBC SPORT - that means that you can put endless hours of coverage onone channel... or does that mean that you'll have to pay for real programs and films to fill the terrestrial channels???

Now snooker... that really gets me, it is NOT a sport, it is a passtime, or at the most some kind of mathamatical problem solving.

I watch motor bikes, especially MOTOGP, but I dont class that as motor racing which in my mind is the boring cars going round and round & however starts first pretty much ends up winning - so I cant vote lol

I just wonder what an interplanetary visitor would make of us - millions of years of evolution, we evolved from little blobs of goo into a civilisation - and now after all that effort - the height of enjoyment is to sit watching people push balls down holes with twigs....................
Where did we go wrong?

Ice hockey, and the winter olympics. Occasionally, i might watch the gymnastics from the summer olympics.

Other than that, i don't like sport!!

Occasional showjumping, but as I hate most sports I usually wouldn't know such things are on the telly!

Now, Martin .....

PEOPLE? Yesterday you said they were brainless dorks or similar pushing balls down holes with sticks.....

Is that why nobody has dared vote for golf?

And come on now, admit it: who are the 14% who watch motor racing? The most boring, mindless, environment-unfriendly activity (won't call it sport) I can think of!

Well, but if you enjoy it - just don't expect me to join you in front of the box.
