Hi everyone.
I have googled, but nothing comes up that appeals to me. I have loads of lovely radishes, and they are getting too big and bursting, so really need a tasty chutney or pickle recipe, and one that doesnt mean I have to go shopping and buy a load of wierd ingredients that I will never use again.
Also would be great to have one thats been tried and tested.
Thanks!

Have just done search on Yahoo for radish chutney and there are several but they seem to be more sauces rather than one to put in jars.
Theres this site that has 72 different radish recipes

One of the nicest salads I make (old Jamie recipe I think?.) is fennel and radish salad.
About one large fennel to a bunch of radish. Thinly slice both and put into ice cold water to crisp up.Mean while make a lemon juice/olive oil dressing (one lemon and four times as much good olive oil),salt and pepper.
Drain your sliced salad add the dressing and serve. It actually gets better if you leave it a while for all the juices to go pink.

So you know how great Salsify is as a veg, what about Cavero Nero, great leaves all through the winter , then in Spring sprouting broccolli like flowers! Takes up half as much room as broccolli
