I've salvaged the cover from my "greenhouse" but the frame has had it. Also, 2 large, new terracotta plantpots are smashed - at least I won't be short of drainage material for other plantpots. I managed to save some of the seedlings so will just have to hope they're not too traumatised!
Regarding the house we've just found out we can carry across the mortgage (could have been tricky as it's a timber frame building). Now we're just waiting to hear from a potential buyer who appears to playing games with us - why can't people be straightforward as it's a lot simpler and stress-free?
