Bombs in Scotland

Post: # 63886Post the.fee.fairy »

I'm hoping that everyone north of the border is ok.

I do realise that Scotland is a big big place, but you never know who is where.

Hope you're all alright guys!

Having only left Glasgow (the city of my birth) a few months ago...

I hate to be the one to admit it but Glasgow is a pretty dangerous city. I grew up amongst gang fights in the street, people getting 'bottled' in front of me, being mugged (or attempted muggings... they never got anything)People are still murdered in Glasgow over which football team they support.

I really am not that bothered by a few eejits trying to 'distrup our way of living' IMO they didn't really know what they were doing. But it gets headlines

That said the asian community in Glasgow is huge and integral... it would be sad if that is what changes.

I do hope that no-one is shaken by this... it is a bit of a media frenzy

Long way away from Glasgow - but thanks for your concern, Fee Fairy.

No problem. I have a bad knowledge of geography, and you never know who's travelling where/visitng who/working away so i just wanted to check that everyone's ok.
