I didn't mean this! We are surrounded by water and have re-made the sandbags now, Richard is just positioning them around the door here and next door then we're off to bed!

Oh dear Tigz, I hope your river doesn't burst its banks. We've had over 50mm just in the last 2 days. Crazy for June. :shock:

We're OK this morning. thanks. At least noone died around here..... :cry: The parents of that 14yr old must be .... well...

And we re-made the sandbags so that's a job out of the way. Reused the sand from the old ones and R bought some old bags from work (not, as he gentlemenly pointed out, the ladies he works with) and jobs a good'un.

Perhaps we'll have some summer now.

Glad to hear that you are ok Tigz - my thoughts go out to the people that have lost loved ones in the floods and to those that have been forced from their houses and worried by it all. It's not fun!

How flooded is that field by the factory?
