Hello,
How you all been doing? Been a busy few months for myself and my family. My father in law has been in hospital and the powers that be have been saying that he cannot go home, so we are trying to agree on what kind of care he needs to ensure he goes to the correct home. His house and his dog need looking after. We had one of our dogs put to sleep on Saturday which nearly broke my heart - I loved my Jakey dog sooo much.
My Grandma is very poorly. Our wonderful neighbour is undergoing radio therapy for cancer. Hubby's job is incredibly busy and our little boy, who is 3 and a half, is a mega-live wire! Not to mention falling off the toilet (don't ask!) and hurting my ankle (I cried for an hour - ouch!) and then twisting it twice since then. Two holidays (New Forest one week and North Norfolk the second). Gardening like mad (loads of tubs of flowers + potatos, courgettes, leeks, cabbages, brussels, beetroot and sweetpeas in my veggie patch). I am also as fat as a pig, which is not helping moral as I am going to be matron of dishonour at my sister's wedding in September. As my moral is low, I comfort eat, which isn't helping the situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep thinking of this place and missing you guys, but am normally exhausted by the end of the day.

And, Shirlz, I STILL have a bag of corks, a book and a letter for you which I wrote in FEBRUARY!!! in the boot of my car.

Hiya Tigz! It's really nice to hear from you and I'm sorry about your poor doggie. Big hugs.

It's understandable with all that is going on in your life that you have no time to spend on the computer at the end of the day. Just pop in when you can and say hello though!

Lovely to hear from you again! What a time you've been having. No wonder you've not had chance to get in here.

Really sorry to hear about your Jakey dog - it's always sad to lose a pet. Hopefully you'll have lots of memories. Big hugs.

Falling off the toilet seat - what did I tell you about trying to dance on there when the lid was up. Seriously - I hope your ankle gets better quickly.

Matron of dishonour - hope you have a lovely time - suggestion for you now... comfort eat on all that fresh produce that you are growing on your garden (not the flowers unless they are edible ones though )
