Happy Birthday to you 3M!
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Happy birthday 3M for yesterday.

I read this somewhere.

When a man has a birthday, he takes a day off.
When a woman has a birthday, she takes a year off.

Belated, as usual - well, I'm on holiday, I have an excuse!

Hope you had a wonderful day! Enough rain, so you didn't have to spend the day watering - and plenty of sunshine, because what's a birthday without sunshine!

So you know how great Salsify is as a veg, what about Cavero Nero, great leaves all through the winter , then in Spring sprouting broccolli like flowers! Takes up half as much room as broccolli

Thanks for your birthday wishes everyone. Don't worry about belated wishes because I wasn't near a computer as I've been on a mini break seeing coastal Brittany! We did over 1000 kms but didn't do all the coast. There's an awful lot of it here!!

And yes the sun shone all day long and it was perfect. :flower:

......and now I am back it is raining bucketloads!
