substitutes

Post: # 5782Post jordan »

hello everyone.

my father smokes cigarettes, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any smoking substitues that would be more healthy; something i could grow, and dry sorta deal. I know that any kinda smoke is bad, but anything healthier, homegrown would be better for my dad, and less money.

thanks

Does your Dad know you posted this on his behalf?

You can buy herbal cigarettes which are usually only smoked by smokers who are trying to give up. They are so vile no-one ever gets through a packet. I'm sure they are full of as many bad things as a normal cigarette just minus the nicotine. Last time I bought one of them they cost half the price of a packet of cigs anyway. My Mum once got banned from smoking them in a pub cos everyone thought she was on the waccy baccy!

As for growing and rolling your own, I guess you could try anything!

The problem is that it will not contain nicotine.

But isn't the nicotine the chemically addictive constituent?
