Hey there guys - thank you so much for the greetings!! So far its been a good day - and there's more to come!
I was greeted this morning with prezzies, coffee, hubby, kids, cuddles and cats!! This afternoon we called to see my folks to thank them and toast with pink fizzy stuff - after all -without them I wouldn't be celebrating 40 years on this planet.
Tonight there'll be more pink fizzy stuff and at the week end there's to be a party - so if any of you are passing this way we'd love to see you - we're the one with the boglin (called Barry cos he looks like a dodgy taxi driver) on the porch!
In the meantime its back to dancing round the kitchen to Ella!

Well it's certainly a special month. I went to a friend's 40th last Saturday night. It was great fun. It's mine this coming weekend. I'm going out to dinner with loads of friends on Saturday night and then a group of us are off to the Malvern Flower show on Sunday.
It's my mother's 70th later this month as well and another friend is also 40 this week. So it's special birthdays all round.
Is it my imagination or are there a lot of "big something 0" birthdays going on this year?
