Hi all!

Post: # 53379Post mithril »

Well I found this site a while ago and have been reading up on various aspects for a month or so and decided it was time to become offical  Well my husband and I have recently taken over an allotment plot and it's quite a project!! It's 170' x 40' on a hill in a sunny position and it hadn't been dug for 18 months!! You can imagine the brambles and nettles etc can't you!! (So gutted now we didn't bury them in a corner for later!!) Well we've got most of it up and have had it ploughed by tractor but still need to rotavate it. Still, we've got a pick-axe and fork so we'll get there! Oh and we need to get our pen and henhouse put in soon, and then we want to plant the dwarf fruit trees and the spuds and the seedlings so far haven't germinated.......
Oh well! It'll be fun learning :flower:
Look forward to picking your brains soon!

Welcome Mithril, from the land of the Hobbit. I have seen the films. Science fantasy is one of my favourits reads. There is plenty here for you to guide you on your merry way.
