I've just sown some seeds of these indoors and was wondering if anyone had any experience of them?

Hi Sawfish. The closest that I know is a shrub called Fragaria. Some of the species have edible fruits. Fragaria chiloensis; Spreading ground cover perennial. This is one of the parents of the modern strawberry.
