Shall we keep this section?

Post: # 47086Post Andy Hamilton »

This is a bit of an experiment it might back fire and end up with online rowing and cause more arguments than debate. But we are all grown up here (I think) and lets give it a go. So be nice, if you don't like the idea then nows your chance to say so.

I think I preferred it in KYO - it's just another bit to check now!

Well, its been a week and I can't post back into the poll... Remind me not to take the thoughtful option next time.

Makes sense to me to keep it, the KYO section is a bit more 'personal' stuff and this is more 'topical' so it seems tidier to keep them split - if that makes any sense?! :geek:

I just check out 'posts since last visit' so it doesn't matter what section anything is in!

I vote to keep it - it has proven popular!

Fair point, although disregarding spam there has only ever been a handfull of locked topics and only once have I deleted a personal post. It ended up being someone's ex who wrote slanderous things about them. Neither parties involved were members either!

I think it is good to allow as much as possible free speech unless it causes undue distress.
