The Low Carbon Building Programme has just announced "phase 2" of their grants scheme!

- in which, they have decided in their wisdom to nominate only seven companies who's products will be grantable - two of which have no experience in the field whatsoever...........tony's cronies, masons, or donators to party funds???????????? :dave:
