Hello

Post: # 45256Post Dendrobium »

Hi,
I'm from the top of Essex nearer Suffolk than London, and me and 'The Boss Woman' are trying to Downsize and be greener. Been looking at the site for a while and everyone seems really friendly and positive, and loads of goods ideas - so I'm jumping in to add my two penth worth!

G'Day Den!

Are you an orchid fancier or what?

I remember the term from my father who was a keen orchid man, unfortunately neither myslef or my brother cultivated that particular interest so when he died they all went to a grower.

That aside, welcome to the site!

Hi Den,
In Oz we tend to abbreviate most peoples names, so hope you don't mind?? Great site isn't it?? Picked up loads of useful info already. Welcome :flower:

Yep, used to be involved in tropical Orchids in a previous life, still keep my hand in a little but not as much these days. Now condemned to sit in an office talking about lightbulbs....zzzzzzzzzzz
