obviously hosepipe ban season!

Post: # 42941Post Martin »

having just spent the last half an hour digging drainage channels to try to divert the water that was hurtling through our garage thanks to the torrential rain, I am expecting to hear the radio announce a hosepipe ban!

Yep can't use any of the under passes round my way when it is like this. - When there are water shortages mentioned here in the SW that is when I will start to worry - probally start happening when it all gets diverted to the SE

rains been steady here in North Devon but the winds have been something else! My trampoline was picked up and thrown into the river (a good thirty feet ride)... not sure how I am going to get it out because the river is raging.... I was feeling really unlucky until I heard of someone else whose trampoline ended up in their conservatory!

No rain here today - it's been lovely all day long... I missed a perfect photo opportunity this morning... driving J to nursery... the moon... full and round and LARGE sitting on the hill that we call The Buck... Probably a good job that we didn't have the camera with us or we would have been LATE for nursery :)
