Who'd like 20 acres of alpine country, with awesome views and a couple of streams for just over £26,000?

Hmm, thought so...

What if it was in New Zealand?

What if it was advertised as "not for the faint hearted"?

What if you had to access it via helicopter or a long hike up a stream bed?

Still tempted?

Have a look at 4143 Waicoz Road and make sure you look at all the pics...

The helicopter would be a little out of my price range.

So you're taking the eco-friendly route and walking in then?

I come prepared.
And I've even given security some consideration.

It does sound ideallic, pity about needing a chopper.

Chilli, you are probably best equipped out of all of us for the purchase of such a place. Where would we be with out a hydro speeder? I would prefer a jet pack.
If in doubt ~ use a hammer!

Friends of mine in NZ emailed the link to me. I think they're trying to tempt me away from here.

Well thats alright then.
Are you tempted? It wouldn't be warm there for most of the year! And I am sure there would be plenty of snow!
