Good Day to you all
Well I just felt I was missing out. My NEEP Away from NEEP
There are 4 of us plus 2 cats and 4 chickens
We're originally from the North West of Scotland, but had to move East to find work. Although Me Daddy hails from Banff.
I love HM things, knitting, crochet, Chutney, Jam, Country wine, Liqueurs.

Liqueurs - well I've been buying lots of cheap gin, vodka and whisky and stuffing allsorts of cheap and free things into them with some sugar.
Like:
kumquat Brandy, vodka and Gin (heavily reduced kumquats from supermarket)
Plum vodka - again reduced fruit
Sloe gin and vodka - sloes free from nice bush along the road
Bramble Whisky - free from another bush along the road ( this is to die for mmmm!!
Think the mushroom is possibly an Aminita Vaginata. I photographed it today and like the picture.

Nice mushie. I've got a photo somewhere of my basket absolutely brimming with ceps a couple of years ago (a happy day and I'm still eating the last of them!) but I can't find the damned thing.
Yes, blackberry whisky is the finest, isn't it? What do you do with the berries once you drain them off? I'm thinking of making a cumberland-type sauce this year.
