Lamb Bones - recipe anyone?

You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

Lamb Bones - recipe anyone?

I have leftover bones from the lamb I got from Stoney the other day. I have boiled them to get the last of the meat off and make a stock, with a view to making soup, but now I'm stuck. I can't seem to find a recipe for anything.

Now, I'm fairly sure that one or two folk might well have a receipt for something like that ... anyone?

I have loads of meat come off the bone btw, so there is a lot - probably 1.5 adult portions - of lamb in the pot with the stock right now.

I just improvise a lamb and potato or lamb and barley soup. Carrots, celery, onions, all coarsely diced and thrown in the pot. Bouquet garnet. Diced potato and or pearl barley. Pour the stock over, bring to a slow boil, then back off and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste. Serve with bread and cider!

A handful of fresh peas about six minutes before serving is also good, as is a sprinkling of fresh parsley when serving.
