Sorted :)The Chili Monster wrote:Um, don't take this the wrong way, Shane, but I didn't mean to duplicate the post. Still, I'm sure a moderator will clear up after me.
You can delete your own posts you know... if you realise that you've made a duplicate post. You should see an X at the right hand side of the post - also the chance to edit your post should you spot a typo or something. I don't think you can delete once someone has replied though, but you can still edit it.

thanks for all the welcomes!!!
we live in south west Sligo, near Easkey. We have been here for about 18 months and kept hens, ducks and guinea hens until a fox paid us a visit. Re stocking agoin soon. In process of building a new coop and run. we have blackcurrants, redcurrants and raspberries planted and just got apple, plum and cherry trees. No veg patch yet as a small baby, study and work meant this year was bus enough!!! It will be up and running for Spring!!

Someone recently told me that if you roast your ducks without their skins on, you don't get that really-greasy-duck thing going on.shane wrote:he took the lot. Im thinking of getting and breeding muscovy ducks for meat, at the moment Im veggie but always said id eat meat again if I bred it myself. i hear muscovy ducks are the best for meat, any suggestions?? Of course Ill also get hens, ducks and guineas for eggs.
