as we have moved into our new house.

Yay! (she says tiredly)

I'm struggling with the rayburn, cant find anything and its sweltering as the windows and doors are shut cos of the cats and the rayburn seems to take about 4 days to change temperature setting. but.. its got a nice plot :mrgreen:

Well done it is some achivement to get a house in this country these days. I would be lucky to get a yurt at the moment :wink:

thanks! although we have moved from a farm to a village so its kinda a move into urban life for us :wink: they have shops and everything! We have always been country people so its more a matter of staying in the country. (insert long rant about the wrongs of second home owners here)

luck is a relative thing - we can only afford this because A its falling down B we are older than you and therefore been working and saving longer, and C family loss results in inheritance. Given the choice, we would have opted not to have C happen and therefore not have the house - but choice was not given.

I believe luck is making the best of what you have.

You can put your yurt up on the back of the hill. Heck, we'll even give you some free poles and central heating - seven lovely, snugly warm pigs! :mrgreen:
