Fungi Festival and Feast

A three hour course that looks at fungi recognition and ways of cooking them.
Weather conditions permitting (ie moist enough) the course will be preceded by an early morning visit to collect some of them. They will then be cooked in college for lunch!

Venue: Sussex Downs College, Lewes Campus
Date/Time: Sat 16th September 2006, 10:00 - 13:00
Sat 14th October 2006, 10:00 - 13:00
Cost: £15.00 (£12.00 Concessions), + £10 for extended course

Easy access to college from Lewes Rail Station (literally take side exit and fall over twice). About 10 min walk from Bus Station (if still open). No idea about parking situation.
