I thought I'd share this orange cake recipe I found on an Australian website a few years ago - I'm afraid it uses cup measures:
1 whole orange cut up and popped in the food processor, whizz around and add a cup of sugar, a cup of oil and 3 eggs (I only use 2), then 2 cups of self-raising. Chocolate chips can be stirred in if you like but as a plain cake it is really quite nice and also as a pudding.
