Tallest Lettuce Competition

Post: # 27614Post Muddypause »

I would like to announce an unofficial alternative to the official 'Tallest Sunflower' competition. Consider this the fringe festival of the site.

Who can grow the tallest lettuce over the summer? No prizes, just a warm glow of pride for the winner.

Here's mine, as a benchmark for y'all to beat, at 97cm:

They can look pretty decorative like that but I'm afraid these days as soon as they bolt it's into the compost bin for them!
