aw thanks Riff Raff, I will make this today and let you know if my boat is afloat, perhaps we could have an Ish whipround so as OJ can buy some decent Bolly thus avoiding the brain freeze he is now experiencing

I must correct an error----I remeasured, and a box of pectin is about 1 tablespoon shy of half a cup. Roughly five tablespoons. Sorry about that!
