Dear all,
It's been a few years since I brewed my last batch of Tea Beer and Nettle wine and most of my equipment has gone awol. So, I have left one bucket and a wine bin. I basically just want to make sure it's not to damaging to start the fermenting process off in the bucket and then after a couple of days of the nuclear reaction settling down, transfer it to the bin and top up with water, stick an airlock on and leave it for required time to complete the process?
I assume this is fine.
Danke,
Paul
Home to brew (a question)
Re: Home to brew (a question)
That's absolutely OK, Paul. The only important thing is the exclusion of air and insects.

Thanks Mike. I assumed it was fine but wanted to double check. Batdog will be changed, it was a quick replace of the picture I had of me and an ex :)
