Recipe Sought

You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

I have been making jams, chutneys, marmalades and butters for some time now and someone I work with is desperate for me to make some gooseberry, bramble apple and mint jam/jelly - but I can't find the recipe anywhere. Can anybody help me with such a concoction ? :study:

Oh wow,...what a combination---I think you may have to get a big pot and a large measure of sugar out and start experimenting!

I'm sorry I don't have a recipe for this---the only recipe I have involving Gooseberries is a really lovely pie....

Good luck--let us know how it goes please!

i don't think it matters in this recipe, MSM, but be aware that a UK cup is about two teaspoons larger than a US cup.
