Given that you are in China they could be anything ....
But the first one is of the brassica family, so I'd guess some kind of mustardy leafy thing for stir fries? The 2nd one I don't recognise that shape leaf at all.
Where did you get the seed from, is the obvious first question though.
I concur with MMM about the first one. The second one looks like it could be a climber/vine. The primary (juvenile) leaves are really unusual aren't they! What shape are the secondary leaves?
Time flies like an arrow; vinegar flies like an uncovered wine must.
Oh dear, I was hoping that someone could identify the second one. I've grown that before but I can't for the life of me remember what it was.
I'm pretty sure it was an ornamental rather than a vegetable, other than that ...

Disclaimer: I almost certainly haven't a clue what I'm talking about.
Doesn't look like any lavender I've seen, Fee. It does, however, look VERY vaguely like Vietnamese coriander, although that has a dark patch in the middle of the leaf and they're more pointy at the end.
So I'm guessing some sort of culinary herb. Have a look at the market and see if there are any similar sorts of leaves on sale.
