i found this site on boingboing.net these guys appear to be anti scam vigilanties who follow up scam emails offering their own "services" that turn out to be scams scamming the scammers

it ranges from oferring the scammer an arts grant for carvings

there are lots more of em in the archive section....they are rather long and some of them are a little harsh (aka the ones where the scammer is convinced into having a tatoo done) but i suppose alls fair an all that
