Maybe not although a bit earlier than I anticipated.
We will have the first cook sometime this week and they will hopefully continue for 3 weeks or so.
Next year I will sow more, this year I didn't have that much seed left so only managed a single row about 9' long (arranged in a U) as opposed to my normal 12' double row, but it was definitely worth the experiment.

I'm having problems with my Borlotti beans, but of the "interesting" kind. :iconbiggrin:
The crop is so heavy that nearly all the strings broke and I had to salvage them by hauling them back up on ropes.
Not that I'm showing off or anything. :lol:

Grrrr, jealousy. Given the poor showing of my climbing Berlotti this year, perhaps I'll have to try and find a bit of space in my polytunnel next year. My peas, sown outside at the same time as yours, have hardly started podding up yet.
