Is it too late to stick a row of french beans in polytunnel?
Whaddya recon? Have they got time to get their act together before it gets cold and dark?

I've just planted some out outside, but they were sown on 20/7. If you are starting from seed now I'm not sure.

Hmm. They are very quick though...might try it - I have leftover seed, so worth an experiment. Might work if we have a sunny autumn. Thanks MMM.

It's always worth trying and as they are going in the polytunnel you should be OK. I can see tiny flower buds forming on mine already!
