Look what we Made
It's up and running for about 2 months now and I am really pleased to say it is working very well. In that it doesn't smell and we all use it all the time.
It is really nice to sit and see the garden through the open windows.
The fringe benefits are also good, tactfully shall I say it has reduced the need for daily ceramic bowl cleaning, and no one complains to Dad about the fact the smell that he left has curdled the milk in the Tea!

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

That's a huge toilet! I hope it is used for other things too - like storing tools in the shed!

Great loo Boboff, well the building is anyway.
MMM, what happens if you need a trowel while Boboff is having his daily? I suppose he could pass it through the window - could be problematic for the lawnmower though

Re: Look what we Made
Presumably he uses the daily after he's finished reading it.
Earlier I was getting confused as to which was a no. 1 and a no. 2 and wondered why he didn't just use a bucket like I do in my potting shed when I can't be bothered to go indoors.

Surely that should now be called the POTTY shed.Millymollymandy wrote:Presumably he uses the daily after he's finished reading it.

Has anyone seen the plot, I seem to have lost mine?

Re: Look what we Made
ha ha BB and Pelmetman - I hope the bottle had the lid on! I left my bucket for a few days once without emptying it and then wondered why my POTTY shed smelled like a public urinal!
But I am being good and really trying to reduce our domestic water consumption because I used so much mains water on the garden during the dry spring, so letting yellow things mellow indoors as well.

Re: Look what we Made
Boboff, Can I ask about a chimney. Every compost toilet (real and in pictures) that I've seen has had a chimney. I'm confused now.
